I went to your yearly warehouse event, so this feedback might not fit perfectly. The experience at the warehouse is quite different from shopping in the actual store.

The sale was packed (which was expected). The deals were decent but not outstanding. Sadly, there were a few inconsiderate shoppers who had no qualms about pushing in front of you and rummaging through the same rack of clothes you were already checking out. Luckily, those rude folks weren't the majority. Most people were nice. We were all just trying to score some unique finds at a fair price.

Maybe you could suggest to customers to avoid cutting in line. I’m not sure how you could manage that, but it would definitely help.

Niki, one of your staff members, really went above and beyond to find the right size for me. I also managed to return some pants I purchased a while back (with tags still on) and got store credit for it! Shopping at Grace is always a breeze!
